How does the trial work?
When you use the trial software, a 14 day trial account will automatically be set up for you. This trial period will be lifted as soon as a license has been purchased through Paypal™ and your Google™ email address has been assigned to a license in the license management area.
When you make a purchase, GTime will set up an administrator account for you that will allow you to manage all of your GTime licenses. Your administrator account email address will be the email address you used for Paypal™. If you make additional purchases through the same Paypal™ account, your GTime licenses will increase accordingly. Each GTime license may be assigned to one Google™ account, which you can change as you like.
Why does GTime ask for my Google™ username and password?
When you create a timesheet with GTime, GTime saves your timesheet on Google servers. You can view your timesheet online at http://docs.google.com. GTime takes the strongest measures possible to keeping your password safe. When you login to Google, your password is encrypted with a digest key and sent only to Google through an encrypted SSL connection. Your password is never sent to GTime servers. Your email will be kept on GTime servers for the purpose of tracking licenses, and will never be shared with anybody, or ever used for any marketing purposes.
I can't login.
First, check that you have a stable internet connection, and then make sure that you can login to your Google account. GTime does not keep your login information, so if you are having trouble logging in, please refer to Google's support at http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=46346
